Bio Diagnostics is a specimen collection site in Milwaukee serving Wisconsin and Illinois. The owner is an American Heart Association BLS Instructor, certified phlebotomist and certified medical assistant. Bio Diagnostics holds a CLIA Certificate of Waiver. Services include drug testing collection, DNA testing collection, rapid HIV and pregnancy testing, urinalysis, and American Heart Association CPR courses.

Book and pay in one step
Mobile service by appointment — we come to you — plus online ordering. Appointments include a date and time; mailed test kits only need a shipping address. Wisconsin criminal background checks are ordered online and do not require an appointment. Mobile bookings calculate driving miles and the travel fee from our site at 7159 W Burleigh St, Milwaukee, WI 53210. Saturdays, Sundays and weekday appointments outside 9:00 AM–5:00 PM include a $50 after-hours fee. For CPR classes, the first 10 miles of travel are free, then $2 per mile — and groups of 5 or more students within 25 miles of our site (the Milwaukee area) pay no travel fee at all.
